TERMS
 (1) Total Payment for Pizza Cards is due and payable 20 days after receipt of cards.
(2) Late Payments will incur an additional LATE FEE equal to 25% of the Total Order.
(3) No unsold Pizza Cards may be returned for credit.
(4) Permission has been obtained from the Pizza Business to go on our Pizza Cards.
